Since FCA shareholders and the Agnelli family will control most of Ferrari's stock, I'd say yes. And since FCA still has has full access to Ferrari's technological vault, FCA can always replicate any piece of Ferrari technology they want, if Ferrari decides to be dickheads and not share it themselves.

I wouldn't pay the Maserati premium period. Their cars aren't that attractive or good as car mags have noted.
